What Hoope does

Hoope is one place for freelancers, creative agencies and small studios to run projects, get paid, and keep clients aligned. Built-in AI handles the busywork.

Most creative businesses run on a patchwork: a project board in one tool, invoices in another, client conversations in email, and a spreadsheet holding it together. Hoope replaces that patchwork with a single workspace where the project, the money, and the client relationship live side by side.

What it does

Unified project hub. Tasks, timelines, files and conversations in one place. Switch between Kanban, calendar, timeline and list views. No more context-switching between five tabs to find out where a project stands.

Financial operations built in. From quote to invoice to payment, the whole financial cycle lives inside the project it belongs to. Integrated with Stripe and Revolut, so cash flow is visible and under control without opening another app.

AI that actually helps. Paste a client brief and Hoope reads it, creates a task structure, assigns estimates and suggests a timeline. Ask a plain-language question such as "What's overdue on the Rossi project?" and get a direct answer. Ask for a client update email and Hoope drafts it from the live project status for you to review and send.

Open to your own AI assistant. Hoope has a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, so assistants such as Claude can read and act on your projects, tasks, invoices, proposals, contacts and notes on your behalf. See the MCP server page.
