# Hoope

> Hoope is one place for freelancers, creative agencies and small studios to run projects, get paid, and keep clients aligned. It has built-in AI that reads briefs, builds project plans, and answers questions about your work, and an MCP server so external AI assistants can work inside your Hoope account. Hoope combines three things that creative professionals usually run in separate tools:

- Project management: tasks, timelines, files and conversations in one hub, with Kanban, calendar, timeline and list views.
- Financial operations: quotes, invoices and payments inside the project they belong to, integrated with Stripe and Revolut.
- Client collaboration: shared status, approvals and updates without email chains.

Built-in AI turns a pasted client brief into a task structure with estimates and a suggested timeline, answers plain-language questions such as "What's overdue on the Rossi project?", and drafts client update emails from live project status.

Hoope also exposes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, so assistants such as Claude can read and act on projects, tasks, invoices, proposals, contacts and notes on a user's behalf, within that user's permissions.
